If you're talking about strictly Japanese companies, they only make games PS exclusive because it's the only viable platform in Japan, with no chance for other platforms to grow. Xbox is a baka gaijin console, Nintendo hans't been relevant since the Super Famicom, and no one in Japan owns computers; you can't even fucking buy Jap games on Jap Steam.
