As someone who's really getting into fighting games, I definitely am. I've got a Qanba Q1 already, getting a Hori RAP Kai so I can give the Q1 to my wife.
So far I haven't needed to get a PS4 for fightans, just about everything has hit PC and I already had an Xbone (got it for 150 used, you don't pass that up) for Killer Instinct.

I cannot live without a new Tekken game every once in a while
I will be buying the PS4 solely because of Tekken 7, just like how i bought a PS2 solely because of Tekken 5, and PS3 because of Tekken 6
However, with the addition of scenario mode in Tekken 6, and the exclusion of the superior Story Mode from the rest of the games, a bit of peeps were unhappy, me included. I hope that for the console release for Tekken 7 they don't do anything stupid, and keep to your roots with the original story mode.
Also, Lili is the best character and Akuma seems to be a nice addition to the series

When you get rage you don't really get a damage boost but instead get access to Rage Art (pretty much a super) or a rage attack which is like a buffed version of a move, it's better to see the trailer to understand. Rage starts at around 25% health.

For some reason 3D fighters are fucking impossible for me to play against other people, I have an alright time against the CPU and then once I go online I get fucked hard.
I'm very hype, but unless it has a PC release or legacy controller support for the PS4 version I won't pick it up immediately. I'll probably need to pick up a PS4 stick or dual PCB sometime, but I don't really wanna do it just yet.

Despite balance issues and a reduced roster, I liked what they did with the gameplay in 4. Wish they had continued down that road. When 5 reverted back to 3's gameplay style, I lost interest.
Tag 2's a pretty fun dream match game though.
