I can't be the only one here who plays Pokemon purely for the music, can I? Used to restart Ruby all the time (Sapphire was my main game) just to hear the Magma Leader theme. Was fucking destroyed to hear how they butchered it along with the rest of the soundtrack in ORAS. Was pretty disillusioned with ORAS's whole soundtrack (except for Zinnia's theme) considering the potential for a great orchestral re-imagining was just flattened with drab synth. Gen 6 in general had shit music.

The Archie/Maxie battle theme is one of the few things they DIDN'T half-ass in ORAS. Glorious trumpets.
