Let me give you a tip from the perspective of a SMFC
The BEST tip I can give you when firing a rifle is to COMPLETELY stand still.
This is a mistake that most low-rank players make.
Even slight movement will trigger your ak/m4 to be inaccurate.
Futhermore you should know how to control your gun, get ina bot match look at the spray pattern and try to counter it.
For the ak for example, bursts are a good tipp,
but you should also know that the first 5 bullets will form a vertical line which has to be countered.
As for people giving you random headshots, they probably heard you coming.
An absolute MUST HAVE is a functioning headset to track the enemies steps.
Listen closely to your environment and in case you hear someone, the shift key iwill be your best friend.
A lot of beginners also don't realize that cs is a team based game. Every death matters.
Every death SHOULD impact your strategy, every noise should make you suspicious.
Remember, you're trying to outplay REAL players, people that think like you and in most cases,
will know the map better than you.
You should try to practice with your friend and tank through every big of anger that you'll encounter.
Why? Because Anger = Loose... always.
There are a few other factors like movement, covering corners, map knowledge and so on that you have to master.
Cs isn't easy by any means, but it is rewarding.

To the people in this thread who need to git gud, the fun of CS is the climb, its literally a game you need to play and practice at. Its a very satisfying feeling when you get better and improve on the many aspects of the game. If you are pretty new I recommend going on the workshop and checking out some of the most popular maps, they are training maps where you can start to develop some weapon skill.
Anyone could git gud at cs if they really wanted. but most sensibLe people quit while theyre ahead and go play a normal game instead
