What's your favorite weapon type, /v/? I'm such a sucker for some motherfucking fist/claw weapons. Daggers/Knives are a close second.

Any kind of pole weapon, mace or war hammer. Staves are pretty cool too.

Fuck I love me some badass, dumb, impractical fist weapons.

I also like whips, but those are a rarity and almost always suck.

Staves are my favorite standard/common weapons. Even then though I want some stupid, shiny, glowy shit with crystals that float around it.

Fuck this realistic weapon shit that is in too many fantasy games.

I love it when games give guns life in little detail, whether it's watching the pieces shake and rattle as you fire, or the game features various different reload/idle animations for the same gun. I wish developers treated guns with the same care and variety they treat melee weapons, rather than just different scales of pew.

My motherfucking shotgun brethren. There is something so satisfying about completely blowing people/monsters away with a big ass shotgun.

I'd have to give an honorable mention to pistols though, there's something about pulling off long distance shots with a pistol that makes me feel great.

Any sort of glove/tattoo/otherwise that lets me cast spells with my bare hands. Whether it's the pyromancy flame from dark souls or the kid icarus palms, I'm an absolute sucker for them.

Oh, and the dark shield from original dsrk souls was best shield across all games forever. That shit was so fucking cool.

Maces and Rapiers are my thing, clubs or roperas.

Simple shit really, bash and pierce. Swords are just generic, axes are meh, and don't give me katana bullshit, you want a heavy 2 handed sword, just use a Zwei, hell, its lighter.
