More powerful than which consoles? It only has 25.6GB/s of memory bandwidth for the system memory compared to 68GB/s (+ eSRAM) on the Xbone and 176GB/s on the PS4.
It's definitely got a weaker GPU than the PS4 and Xbone as well, but it can play 4K netflix because it has HDMI 2.0 / HDCP 2.2
