eh, the ride up to that point was still pretty great up to that point. I feel like episode 5 really captures that exhausting feeling of being stuck in a time loop repeating until you get the right combinations really well.

The entire nightmare sequence was greatly done to me. The sneaking was easy as fuck basically just glided through it, only got caught twice. I thought it was just to give a stressful atmosphere. How did you not like oppresive Wyatt calling out "Cmon Max I wannah go APE with you."? But seriously I thought that was one of the best parts.
I really liked how detailed every single environment was. If you took the time to explore and check everything you could find tons of optional information, and get to hear Max chew the scenery. It blows the telltale games out of the water in this regard.

Narrative, characters, and voice work were pretty good. The rewind mechanic was fantastic. Ending was anticlimactic, choices didn't really effect the ending. Sometimes the game is sluggish, especially what the game doesn't let you skip. Also I felt trapped often with how the game works one screen at a time instead of letting you explore. Every area felt like a box with invisible walls.

I think Chloe is the kind of girl that would seem really exciting and interesting for about three months when you start to realize that she's not so much rebellious and free spirited but immature and obnoxious.

Then last episode happened and I just think of it as okay/good now.
The "gameplay" felt much more improved compared to TWD - the rewind mechanic was cool and lead to more thoughtful decisions - you got more space to move around and explore - it felt more like a game than TWD
