Dark Souls 1, if you don't hate it, has a scythe you can get pretty early on. It has a pretty decent moveset with long as fuck reach too.

I just want to know if Das3 has a better Great Scyther moveset, I actually went for +5 Fire Great Scythe and Life Hunt in one run and actually really liked it, but the moveset was kind of meh, so it ws always a sub weapon of the sort

Stealing the last material from Death was a total bitch.
When I finally got it, wow it's fucking nothing. Too heavy and its special attack was mini-scythes that doesn't even target the enemy.

Personally I'm with you, the VF in NG2 are some of my favorite weapons in any game ever and it was fucking criminal leaving them out of NG3, RE or otherwise. Also it's a shame that NG2 is otherwise really not that good.

They're designed for cutting crops.
