Holy shit this is actually super fun
>>332096398
Is it?
>>332097834
Would you?
>Green series Lagoon
>>332098628
That shit was really hard but incredibly satisfying to complete.
It's difficult to imagine what black levels are.
too bad it uses uplay
How many people are playing on Xbox?
Its consolised trash.
>>332101849
>consolised trash
>in a game you only need four arrows to move around and play the game
>>332101976
Yeah, that's why track editor lacks mouse support.
>>332102313
No it doesn't
>>332101849
Hardly a problem at all
>>332096398
dead game
>>332101849
>I'm a fucking retard: The Post
>>332101849
Consoles do allow dedicated servers and server browsers though, so that's bs
>>332102313
>Yeah, that's why track editor lacks mouse support.
>Click the cog on the top left
>Switch to classic trackbuilder
WEW
THAT WAS HARD
>>332096398
This game begs to be f2p with player's content market. I bought almost every previous TM and all of them suffer from being dead. And without players you have no one to share your tracks with, so in the end there are few populated servers that play same tracks over and over again.
And there are plenty of cosmetics or editor blocks they could ask money for and end up better than now, because TM gameplay is always soo good.
>>332101849
But that doesn't effect the core gameplay and level design for singleplayer. I have never given a shit about Trackmania multiplayer. not saying its not a flaw but it doesn't personally bother me.
How good is it? No one even knows it exists that I have talked to but I really like Trackmania Stadiumand the Valley Demothis one looks good but its quite a bit of money.
Fuck what anyone says, this is the comfiest game I've ever played.
get some beers, find a good album or podcast, get into a room with some wacky custom tracks and lose a few hours.
Fuck you losers who can't enjoy a good game.
Is there upgrades in this game? I'm playing the demo and the gold medal ghost car seems to have higher acceleration than me.
>>332107298
No there isn't any.
>No dedicated servers are bad
Hell no
Dedicated servers is what killed TM2, you HAD to buy a server to play your tracks online, and there was always biggers servers than other, so in the end it was everybody in one big server and the rest was dead.
Plus these server where absolutely trashed by annoying HUD gimmicks and custom modules and shitty jukebox that were making everything heavier and less pleasant.
Now they made a real interface and online that just works.
For me it's just a straight upgrade from TM2.
>>332096398
i atually just came here to see if someone posted this. i agree. this is the best thing since sliced bread.
I keep using all of my different system accounts to use the online free trials.
Will certainly be buying this game in the coming weeks!
>>332108554
God damn sounds like im missing out. Im just really hesistant to spend $40
>>332108787
>40$
On PC?
You can find better prices on the web anon.
>>332108951
Where? It costs that much on Steam.
>>332108787
it has a small learning curve but if you can manage to control a car in rocket league, its pretty similar. (just without the rocket flying)
The gameplay is so fun online, especially for these trial-esque tracks where you have to navigate this obstacle course of a track while watching the silhouettes of 100 or so other players leap huge gaps and pull of crazy stunts. (or fail miserably)
Its really fucking fun. Replay value is through the roof with all the community made maps/online play.
I heard there's no multiplayer leaderboards. Is this true?
>>332109049
There's a -20% offer on GMG right now.
>>332109295
Holy shit thanks.
>>332109118
I will definitely buy it, it looks so much fun and has pretty colorful graphics too.
>>332096398
NO DEDICATED SERVERS
>>332109426
soundtrack is dope too!
>>332109049
g2play.net and g2a have it for $25
>>332109564
Does it pay the developers if you get it from g2a?
>>332109657
No, g2a puts on a ski mask and steals keys from game developers
>>332109753
God damn it I knew it
>>332109564
>g2a have it for $25
I'm only seeing 33
>>332096398
>they make this shit instead of making a wipe out style game
its like they dont want more money
They should have just stopped at TM2 and added more regions and track parts.
>>332111152
Well, it pretty much is TM2 only with all the environments in one spot.
>>332111663
Then why make a new game? They're just milking it. Plus it lacks features from the older games like fucking dedicated servers. I bet I can't even use my own car models.
>>332111880
Because Trackmania 2 was seperated into seperate games and this one is making them into one game with nicer graphics and targeting the console market. That's the reason.
>>332111880
>Then why make a new game?
Because as far as I know I cant join a canyon/stadium server in TM2, I either have to play one or the other.
>I bet I can't even use my own car models.
Yep, no car mods or server custom music.
Definitely a downer.
>>332112203
>I cant join a canyon/stadium server in TM2
I thought I remembered it to work like United.
Well, in that case United is still the best TM.
Where's the demo? I can't fucking find it anywhere.
>>332113323
Same. I don't think there is one right now
>>332113474
well someone said they were playing it but im thinking maybe its just on console
