I watched it as well and apart from the beginning of manly hovers around the 30fps with some dips into the late twenties. The PS4 definitely holds up better, even at full 1080p, but the difference is pretty trivial. You're not gonna notice these slight drops when you're actually playing the game.

MS dropped the ball with the Xbone's GPU. Also I don't think From Soft are very good at optimisation. Take something like Rise of the Tomb Raider, which arguably looks better than DaS3, and still manages to run native 1080p on the Xbone with a mostly stable 30fps. Considering a 980 can run the game at 4k on max settings and get 35-50 FPS and a 290 can get 60 FPS at 1440p on max, my 280x should be fine for 50-60 FPS at 1440p on high-max.
PS4 since I haven't upgraded my PC in a long time and it would probably perform worse.
Keep in mind that both the PS4 and Xbone versions are getting a day 1 patch to improve performance. Allegedly. Still, I played DeS and BB and they were fine at 30. SotFS was cool to have at 60 on PS4 but not mandatory.
Console war shitting is still the absolute worst thing to happen to Souls threads though, I wish people could enjoy the game on whatever platform they choose without feeling like they need to shit on the other platforms.
