I just went through the ep.11 (I believe?) and shot her straight up. No reason to spare her other than Ocelot's "We can probably get some info from her, maybe? I don't know, just get to Huey".
And why are the Skulls so easy? Once I accidentally countered one, the rest went down like punks. Shit, is there a higher difficulty setting that I missedor is there only one?
