Would be cool making it open world as you play as Batman, now and then getting stuck in nightmare dreams as you have to battle your way out of them, fighting soldiers of Superman and supernatural demonic bats (as we saw in the dream sequence in the movie).
Whilst in the real world, you fight crime, starting first in Gotham, set a few months before Superman's fight with Zod.
A quarter in the game you will be allowed to travel to Metropolis where you will verse Superman multiple times.
The game will then switch over to Superman as you have to do missions of defeating enemies that Lex creates etc as well as non movie missions to make the game more expanse.
It would be a pretty cool campaign game.

This version of Lex is admittedly awful. However, the "tea" thing makes sense if you watch the movie. During an earlier scene where the Junior Senator rejects Lex's request to import Kryptonite:

She tries to continue speaking, but as she sees the jar labeled "Granny's Peach Tea" and Lex's empty seat, she gets a bad feeling that no one's leaving the courtroom alive. And surely enough, Lex's pawn blows himself up a moment later. (Since the jar was destroyed, along with the person who warranted it, no one would know that Lex was responsible)
