I'd give it a 70/30 good/bad. The last game Iron Galaxy ported to PC was Arkham Knight, but that was on a limited timeframe and budget, and it was also a game they didn't develop.
Leaks have shown the graphics options to be present and acceptable, there have been bits of footage scattered around (IGN has some from PC), all of it looks fine.

I have dualbooted a pirated Windows 10.
Thing is, I can't purchase major games from Win10 store - the purchase icon with the price is just greyed out.
Above it says "To use this you need the latest updates for Windows" or whatever, but it's 100% up to date.

I had this same problem. First make sure your clock is correct. If that isn't it then go into your firewall settings and disable it and it will let you buy the game, put it back on and then it should work fine for everything.
