What are some good PC games with an ancient east asian theme? Chinese preferred but Japanese is okay too.
I'd run through Jade Empire again, but I was so thorough in my first two playthroughs that I really have nothing left to do in it.
Say what you want, but MoP had great zone design. It captured the oriental feel perfectly.

It's really not that difficult to mimic oriental architecture in a game.
But actually designing a game around the mythology is a lot more difficult.
There's tons of games that use Greek/Roman mythology, and even quite a few that use Norse mythology, but relatively few that have anything to do with Chinese mythology.
