What should I buy besides Dark Souls 3?
I'm considering The Division, but I don't know if the replayability will be there.

Division is a pseudo singleplayer-multiplayer game with an emphisis on coop play. pretty standard third person shooter affair with some rpg framework on top. The world is really interesting and theres lots to do if you want something to just chill out and explore. but yeah, dark souls 3 is obviously the best thing to buy
