It depends on what you're getting anxiety about.
If it's about winning and losing, don't worry about it. There's inevitably going to be games where you're going to lose. Even the best players in their respective games lose sometimes. The best you can do is learn from it and try to improve.
If it's about being judged/having to interact with other people, you have to accept that some people will be cool and others will be complete fucking faggots about every little thing. That's just the nature of online games, especially ones that are team based. It doesn't happen much in 1 v 1 games from what I've experienced. If you're really that sensitive that you can't handle being yelled at for sucking or being made fun of, then you really have no choice but to not play those games, or go on a search for a game with a nicer community.
