Alright nerds. The time has come.... which Castleveania release for the super Nintendo is better? Castlevania: Dracula x or Super Castlevania 4?

Is it because of the return to classic format due to the stiffish controls and the inability to whip in all directions? Or is it because it's an inferior version when compared to the pcengine release?

Need to try playing it again, but I remember there being more problems with the game's controls than it just being rigid. But it's definitely worse than Rondo of Blood.

Okay so it seems we agree that the better designed snes castlevania but let's go out on a limb here and see if there are any redeeming qualities. Aka is Dracula X fun or a purely sadistic overly difficult trainwreck? Let's see what this port is worth. GO!
