It's also awesome when I replayed the game I noticed Credo sounded like Frank West, and I looked it up and it really is the same voice actor.
I don't know how I didn't notice that before.

Oh i played all three games on the ps3 when i was at my dads friends house and managed to beat em but i could have enjoyed them more if i wasn't on chemo. That shit really dulls your reaction times.
I also beat Bayonetta when i was playing the HD collection but since internet was shit i had to beat the game pre patch on ps3 on a small ass t.v. It was fun but frustrating with the loading and frame rate issues and that small screen made it hard to see what was going on, that game is way more flashy than DMC.
I want to get into Ninja Gaiden and other Platinum games later on.

It takes about 2 playthroughs to get all the moves. Vs the shadows, it all boils down to spamming pistols/shotgun until they expose their core. After that, just beat the shit out of it until he blinks red and run the fuck away. The devil trigger vortex move makes quick work of the cores.

Been playing through DMC3 again but this time with the style switcher mod. Holy shit it makes PC version best version but is there really no way to make it run smooth without turning off the background music? Really disappointing that its so close to being perfect but missing a crucial part of the game.
