Nah. Gameplay is still shit, dialogue is an absolute mess, writing is even worse than FO3, and even the areas are kinda boring to explore since they all just have leveled randomized loot chests at the end like Skyrim. The second you find that chest you know you might as well just stop exploring, you found your randomized set of drugs, pipe weaponry, and gold watch. Weapon modding is kinda neat at times, settlement building is fun for a little bit, and some areas (specifically south in the marshy areas) are atmospheric. Otherwise it's just kind of a mess.
All they did was simplify shit even more rather than adding on to what actually was good in FO3. Which is saying something since FO3 was pretty limited at times.

FO4 was entertaining for 3-4 weeks and I haven't touched it since, and I probably won't anymore until after the GECK comes out and we get some actual mods.
Why would it be.
Everything wrong with it would require a complete overhaul of major game mechanics, a job bigger than any patch or mod can handle.
Don't both, just mod 3 or NV.

I thought it was one of those games with the latest DRM that people hadn't figured out how to download yet.
As for the game itself is have no interest in playing it until all dlc is out. This is the same thing I see many people who have the season pass played. I remember my friends were circle jerking to this game for all of one week when it came out. Haven't seen any of them playing it since.

lol no, got cracked the first day, maybe if it did people would actually bother cracking denuvo, they already did it once.
I got 320 hours of playtime from it, so yeah, it's worth pirating.
