looks like the swf is there, not sure what was done server-side and with what it communicated information for matchmaking, but I'll bet it could be decompiled to some extent and rebuilt with a new server (though I frankly don't know much about how flash script or action script or w/e it's called gets compiled and used, or what's lost in terms of structure comments readable names etc when rendered into .swf, since I only ever did things like that to extract audio/video resources)
