Well, it's hard to explain exactly what the feeling is like but depending on where you are and who your with you'll most likely feel a sorta uplifted feeling. Another example if I'm watching a movie you think about that movie and whats happening on screen taking in everything about it, pretty much first timers think a lot more and things feel a bit more good, like food taste better and touching grass can feel really nice.
Smoking everyday like myself a lot of people I know it can just be a bad habit that you just do even though most of those feelings go away. But if you can control yourself it's a great stress relief will little to no bad effect. Just don't do it where you think you will freak out and be paranoid. School, work, etc.
