Take Chloe, switch her with Kate, tone down Kate's christfag angle, but keep everything else the same, and you have a 10/10 game.
The game is ABOUT Chloe, but I fucking hated Chloe, which legitimately ruined the game for me. Like that final dream sequence and several other parts of the story including exactly how much Max goes through for her, would have been goddamn amazing, if Chloe wasn't a bitch.
Or, make it so that prime Chloe is the exact same as alt Chloe, except she gets hit super hard by the death of her dad and becomes somewhat reclusive instead of rebellious and keep everything else the same.
Like christ they came so close.
