S4 league just had no dev team after like 2 years, the game wasn't making money and they all got laid off and the only people kept on were modelers and core network techs and engineers.

I played it again a few months ago and 90% of matches had an unkillable hacker in them.
Sad desu, despite it's stupid art style it was a pretty fun game and it wasn't really that much of a P2W game.
