Shadow of the Damned is just meh, too many shitty parts and not enough memorable ones to counterbalance. Also gameplay is really poor

Gameplay-wise, they're all pretty lacking.
If you do have a lot of free time, it's worth it to read about Killer7. Lots of very interesting stuff.
He's the Harmony Korine of vidya, but a tad more talented.
Killer7 is his best by far, everything else kind of pales in comparison.
NMH gets a lot of praise, and is admittedly a nice experience, but it's kind of a chore to actually play through. I prefer NMH2 for that reason.

Replaying NMH1 is nice though, or just doing it first time through with a 100% save so you can skip the stuff.
I didn't mind it but yeah NMH2 is easier to breeze through. I actually liked the filler honestly.

Killer is Dead is a "remake" of K7?
KiD is fucking awesome. One of the most stylish games i've played in quite a while and even though it's not top tier in terms of gameplay it has just enough satisfying abilities to blast through the campaign. That black hole gun is just insane.
I've really only played Killer7, but it's my favorite game and I can't imagine anything surpassing it.

I think you could emulate the waggle of NMH1 with an analog stick but it probably wouldn't be good.
