At level 1 you'll want to take on wildlife mostly. Mudcrabs, scribs, kwama foragers, even cliff racers can be handled at level 1 if your build is solid and you're taking on just one.

Despite Skyrim being way more casual, I actually found its interface much clunkier and more confusing. I hated the perk system.
Morrowind both had more depth and was cleaner.

Morrowind was great, Oblivion was overall bad but it had somewhat better controls and better graphics. Then came Skyrim with good graphics but otherwise it was shitty.
