Token is about as you'd expect, but it's easy to get one with in-game silver if you play for few hours every day.
RNG scrolls drop from dungeons and were given away in last daily log-in event, with some shekels to buy more. Getting "okay" rolls on your hats is quite possible from the free purchases.

Didn't play MS to the point of caring about cubes. Scrolls let you roll for stats on your hats. You can get 1-3 bonuses, to one of multiple stats, and random value (usually ranging from x to 2x).
