My friend recommended this game to me and it's not been so hard, except for these motherfuckers. I hate these goddamn villains more than any enemy in any game. They are literally the hardest enemy in the game for me. It's not just them though. The spellcasting in this game is frustrating. The spells take too long to cast and an enemy has the ability to be in a spot where unless you free aim your spells you never hit them with the lock on. So they have to be kinda far away or right in your fucking face. /rant
I cheese the ones before Pinwheel by shooting them from a ledge, and the ones in the Painted World by abusing the ladders that lead down into the well. Only thing I have to cheese in the game, fuck them

He went into the catacombs as the first undead created by the way of the white in hopes of defeating nito. He got lost in the tomb and wandered it for who knows how long. He eventually became starved for humanity and resorted to invading other worlds in hopes of not turning hollow. He doesn't succeed.

They're really not hard. Your only responsibility is making sure you don't pull every fucking one, which is easily done by not dodging forwardly into the very room they occupy, and if you come out at the ledge, one of a few cheese strategy including, if not ranged or magic, just waiting for a bunch of them to be spinning into the base of the ledge beneath you and doing a plunge attack.
