I can find about 20 guys playing in a Taiwan RS server on Realism.
So I think there are still some people playing the game.

My favourite current fps. I love it.
Although I am lucky enough to be Australian with a great server to regularly play on.
From what I hear the US ones use shithouse game modes.

Ober is good. I once played on that server while the owner was on, he basically said that he started the server so people wouldn't have to put up with the bullshit of other servers. Their only rules are not to be a massive cunt or spout racism.
I still play it a lot, mainly on two UK servers.
Good community if I had to compare with other fps.

great game ruined by retarded codfags and battlederps who cannot into basic tactics or team play and play every match like a ffa death match.
I've been playing it since the beta in 2011, but still only put about 200 hours into it since everyone only plays shitty "Realism" servers.
It's a shame. The game has so much potential just waiting there to be untapped, but the annexation of the series means everyone just wants to play the boring casual mode that brings out the worst of the game.
My favorite FPS, I'm extremely hype for Rising Storm 2: Vietnam
