To be fair, there's a lot of indie games that are similar that aren't trash - and I'll probably enjoy it somewhat even if it is - but I do keep hearing mixed reviews on this one.

its interactive art, dont expect gameplay. that being said, its pretty good. the story and sound design are really good, its all fully voice acted, and theres so many branching paths. its 2D, and you kinda move slow, so it helps to not be a retard and not get mad 'wasting time' if you just wander around. soundtracks haunting. definitely get it on sale.

to clarify, theres maybe a handful to a dozen endings, but the dialogue and character interaction during the game is pretty nonstop, so you end up having completely different play sessions within the same story.

It's not shit. Lasts for about 4-8 hours. Has a cool story that gets spooky from time to time. The gameplay is pretty rudimentary. I guess it boils down to whether or not you like interacting with the characters.
