Those are the only indies I've really enjoyed, although I haven't played that much.
I tried Edmund Mcmillen's games but I Wasn't really into Super Meat Boy and Binding of Isaac was just straight up bad.

Well actually I see that the main guy from 24 Caret Games started Infinitap games and had an unsuccessful kickstarter for some horror game about a pregnant woman, and also released a 2D walking sim horror game called Neverending Nightmare to mixed reviews.
Not sure what happened with the rest of the team. I just remember reading an article about how sales of the game were very disappointing.

Not sure how it sold so poorly though, it's at 75k on steam and about 200k on PSN. Maybe it had long legs, or maybe it was on PS+ or humble bundle or something

The music, the story, the characters, the bosses. The level up system was pretty unique, fun guns.
