It's a weird but worthy game. Driving controls suck balls. I would recommend doing the early side missions to unlock an infinite ammo machine gun and getting the car radio for fast travel.
Most of the game is lengthy cutscenes.

The American cover art is good but it isn't very representative of the actual game. It looks like a Silent Hill or an actual horror game. On the other hand the EU cover (correct me if I'm wrong there) shows an actual enemy from the game front and center but it isn't very interesting to look at.
I like the Director's Cut and the Japanese covers the best.
