Depends on the route
- Hoshido/IK: enemies get more inflated stats, reinforcement clusters are more THICK
- Nohr: enemies gain more skills, there are changes to enemy placements. Since enemies actually utilize the skills, they technically become a bit smarter. I don't think there are any drastic changes to enemy stats at all

I notice that in Hard mode the enemy AI will actively move into Attack pair-ups.
