Why do people actually want VR? It isn't for the novelty of looking at your games like they're real life.
It's so that you can come home from work to your waifu, make love to your waifu, and fall asleep next to your waifu.
The PS4 can't offer that experience.
PS VR is going to be a complete failure. I have absolutely no idea why it's even being attempted. Games in VR essentially have to be rendered twice, at a high resolution and at a high framerate. Not 60fps, but 90+ minimum.
Anything else and it just doesn't work...
Lower resolution? Nope, your eyes on right against the screens.
Lower framerate? Nope, won't sync properly, looks wrong and you'll get physically ill.
PS4 can't even run games at 60fps. That's considered 'exceptional' on both consoles. In reality they "target 30fps", and frequently fall below that. They're fucking shit.
The only option is playing "games" that are equal in representation to 5th generation hardware. Polygons and pixels that you can count with your fingers on one hand. Amazing, I can't wait to be "immersed" in Sony Virtual Reality™
