I don't think so, but I believe it was established early on that Weavile is top tier and Gardevoir and Gengar are sadly bottom.

The game barely came out. There is no way that a tier list can be made the second the game releases worldwide, especially with roster being as balanced as SFV, which is pretty damn impressive.

Tier Lists always exist, but they are never truly definitive. They do stabilize after some time, give the game one or two months to settle if you want to get a good idea.

Libre's forward y in field mode goes thru a lot of weaker projectiles and mode switches. From there the normal X sand attack can just be mashed for a broken hitbox. Rinse repeat.

I've been mainly playing Garchomp, though I was playing Sceptile for a bit and now I'm trying Charizard. Personally I still love Garchomp way more than Sceptile in terms of moveset. I'm sure you can body most players no matter who you pick as long as you git gud and all that. Don't give up the chomp though.
