My judgement is that game is worth buying in the situation im in. No other game in steam is. Thats why I dont want my money getting stuck in steam if Naval Action somehow doesnt work.
its pretty fun if you like slow paced action and are a fan of 18th century battleships.
Combat can take 40 minutes to take out one 4th rate ship.

It is not worth it. There is not enough content to justify the price. It isn't very well optimised, and runs poorly on my decent computer even though it doesn't look great. You'll need to sink a ton of time to get anywhere, and at start it's pretty slow and shitty.

Its freakishly relaxing once you get the hang of things. At least for me
I'd wait for more content, its fun but its definitely a niche, feels like an unpolished Elite Dangerous which is saying something considering the current state of Elite Dangerous.
