personally, this name is a double edged sword: on one hand, people WILL connect it to the Tekken series and hope for simliar gameplay. On the other hand, people will consider in a Spin-off and thus nor realy worth the money
Its genius really, here in Germany Tekken was the premier fighting game before it went to turboshit in the playstation 3 era.
