Absolute masterpiece, only beat-em-up I never tire of, most are to repetitive to me. Interestingly the US version is actually superior to Japanese version as the Japanese version only has two dufficulties and the final level is ridiculously difficult.
Before I played it I never had much exposure to Tezuka's works outside of the few 60's Astro boy episodes I remember watching on adult swim at 3:00 AM. This game made me more interested in his works, never realizedhow dark Astro boy was.
raise ur paw if you played without a guide and looped the game about 12 times trying to 100% it, finally finding that ostrich thing hiding in trash can.

Because sega has always had the best games but a few dud mainline sonics overwrites anything else brilliant they might have to the general public. Astroboy is my favorite GBA game
