I literally only bought mine for pokemon games. Unfortunately, most of my friends were poor and didn't own any games so it was actually a waste of my birthday money.
Dunno, but I loved playing FSA with my GBA as a controller with the cable link for GC.
I didn't have one of those because my friends were allnonexistentbut I did have the cable that connects it to the GameCube. had a lot of fun with the Chao garden
I did for a few things, namely pokemon. I think we used it also for Sonic Adventure Battle and FFTA.
Might have been a few others but those are the only 3 that come to mind.
Only used it for pokemon and the one time a met someone with DBZ:buus fury

I've used it for two games, at least on the original gb
Tetris and Pokemon. There really weren't a lot of games that used it. Even then the chances of you and your friend owning the same game was remote. Not like we had jobs back then.

The first working GBA emulator (GBAemu) was actually released before the hardware went on sale. It took some time for the emus to get really good, but they existed from day one.

The SP? Doubt it. That thing looks so uncomfortable to hold. It may have a nice screen compared to the original model, but fuck that design.

God I know that feeling all too well. Both of the GBA games were easy as they come but I would have loved just blasting through boss rush or maybe going through all the maze levels in Amazing Mirror with at least one other person.
