I disagree only a bit.

Roman Imperial I don't agree with, just because Romans were cultured as fuck and the games don't really give anything to Imperials in game.
I think it would be better if the devs made the Imperials more Holy Roman Empire the next time.
And they shouldn't be called Imperials. It's not much of an identity, other than that they are from the core of the Empire. They should be called Cyrodilics or something like that, with more emphasis on their culture. Their culture is too bland.
