I'm level 105, NG+3 or 4, not sure.
The only attack that doesn't one shot me is her swipe attack, but it still takes me 3/4 of my health bar, every other attack is insta death.

I got cocky on the witches, one used her AoE blast and I died instantly.
Amygdala was also the easiest boss for me, or maybe vicar.

Use a long weapon with an overhead attack and hold back until she does an attack which leaves her head lowered. In the final stage the jump is very annoying and she spams that shit, stay under her alien balls and pop out only to attack her head once, then go back to saftey under legs and stay perfectly still while she's in the air.
This video is the chalice version, but the depth 4 chalices are equivilent to NG+3 or thereabouts, and the defilment means health is cut in half.
Its an almost fool proof tactic.
