what's the best racing game on steam right now? i want to just chill in bed and use the controller to play it on my tv. thought of getting "next car game" but it seems to have mixed reviews on steam. i already have burnout paradise which is pretty fun, give me another one.

Split/Second is fun, arcade racer. Dirt Rally is great but it leans heavily towards simulation over arcade.

Seconding Dirt Rally. It really nails the feeling of speed and the utter insanity of doing said speeds on really questionable roads
Distance is an arcade racer. It's pretty good. The track mania games are alright too.
Driver: San Fransisco is the best arcade racer since Most Wanted 2005.

If "racing game" doesn't just mean car games there is PURE, I think that game is pretty underrated. Not worth the $20 on Steam at this point though, and I have no idea what the PC port is like.
I think the NFS Most Wanted remake is free on Origin right now if you don't mind using that shit.
