Good writing and characters, likely due to the fact it has a ton of lore and story to go off of since its based on a novel series. i.e. someone that can actually write and not shitty game story creators.
God tier facial animations and much better interactive choose-your-speech than most games with it, even games that built their entire premise around it like Mass Effect.
Sex is handled like it should be, a normal thing that happens and people like it.
Best open world game with actual varied quests and interesting shit to do. Not just "climb this tower and then repeat the same exact copy-pasted mission fifty plus times".

I have the first two games but I've never been able to get far in the first.
Not to imply I'd jump straight into the third one, I just can't seem to push my way through them.
