They exist, but the ones that aren't cookie cutter trading card RPG and simple puzzle games with poor controls to simulate difficulty actually cost money. There are quite a few mobile games out there that I've pirated after seeing the price on them and I ended up buying them to support the creators. The pirating is just a precaution seeing as 90% of mobile games are shit and I don't want to throw my money away but some are really fucking good.
