Yeah, its shit.
And the online MP is heavily focused on the warzone game mode with its fucking bullshit cards and microtransactions. Its not Halo anymore, its trying way too hard to appeal to younger gamers who are used to this kind of crap to keep them interested and it failed big time.
Core fans didn't like it, lots of casual fans didn't like it due to a lack of couch co-op and MP, the new FPS audience they were trying to attract went back to CoD and the other shooters they were already playing. Theres a reason MS won't give us any actual sales numbers and has since hid the online population. The game bombed and has an anemic community.
