False. CK2 moves slowly and exists only for busy work autists who enjoy clicking the same education pop up five times a month while ahistorical cross-geographical and religious boundary infamy builds up for coalition war the moment you decide to actually play the game.
EU4 is fast paced and exists for autists who enjoy map painting and supreme victory.
