The best bit about that article is Kyle's outstanding anal annihilation over the Fury cards and the game's lack of gamesworks. Serioiusly the entire reason why primal won't enter his benching suite is basically because it looks better than FC4, runs better but doesn't have gamesworks.
Then you have the fact he keeps downplaying it anytime the 980ti gets beaten by the fury x or the fury mrudering a 980 (which it should honestly as Nvidia don't truly have a fury competitor).

I dont think this benchmark is accurate. The 390 shouldnt be that far away from the 390x.
Also keep in mind that most of the dynamic lighting is disables on nvidia cards. Nvidia really fails at DX12.

Given the clocks of the two models, yes it should. That 390x is clocked to 1100mhz (and has a power draw to reflect it) while the powercolor 390 is clocked to a mere 1010mhz and at quite a bit lower voltage.

Thats probably it. My 290 (1070mhz) runs it at 40fps extreme settings 1440p. Great game btw, but cant really hold up to Supcom

Now correct me if i'm wrong thats from beta 1 - the entire effect was changed for beta 2 (so sayeth Kollock, the dude from oxide) so now there are no visual differences between brands, just AMD bitch slapping Nvidia performance wise.
