Morgan Freeman as Eli is pretty spot-on, he's got both the voice and the looks, but I can't picture the rest. Breen should look older and friendlier, Freeman and Kleiner should have narrower faces, Barney should look younger, and Alyx's features should be more ambiguous as far as race goes. Not completely white, but more so than the recommendation here.
