Can someone take the dry matte and the wet texture from here and make a script to make it swap out depending on the weather? I don't know shit about modding... but it's the best damn texture for FO4 right now and whoever can do this will be making the best goddam skin texture for Fallout 4 unique and i'm sure it is totally possible to do.
