Yes. Only CGs and only so the ESRB wouldn't give it an AO rating. Uncensored CGs can be seen at your local neighborhood search engine.
As an aside, as far as I know, Sony won't allow any AO games to be sold in the Playstation store, so physical release would have been the only way to sell it, and very few stores carry Vita games and even fewer would carry a AO game.

Fanservice in games like Persona detract from points that could be explored better so they're bad in any amount. And japs can NEVER dose fanservice right - either they cocktease you the entire game without a single scene or they throw that shit every five minutes
DT2's fan service did actually make the game worst to me. I just can't get into dungeon crawling when literally everything is just a girl cosplaying.

I still really love the bind system in EO but the recent games really aren't that great. A lot of remakes and like the Persona game that was painfully average. The 4th game really wasn't my favorite because the skill system was dumb and the dungeons were tiny.
But man a lot of the PSP and early Vita dungeon crawlers were hot garbage. I'm so glad DT2 came out to show the world that there are actually alternatives to Etrian.

DT2's probably the only fanservice DRPG worth playing on the vita. The other ones aren't as good from a gameplay standpoint, and their art isn't as good imo. The loli artist in DT2 can go, but the other artists are top notch.
