I think you probably have to be a fan of Alien as well as sneak simulators to enjoy Isolation. It's a 9.5/10 for me, though nightmare mode is retarded and impossible.

I think that what is Hard should be Nightmare, and then every difficulty moved up a notch. Hard is doable, but takes some tactical thinking and such, but Nightmare is literally impossible. I actually looked around nightmare runs on youtube and I'm convinced they're just people playing Hard and lying.
